Mitsubishi Heavy Industries: Award-Winning Campaign

Shootsta Premier produced a cinematic TVC and online series for Mitsubishi Heavy Industries with 30+ crew across 3 shoot days in Sydney.

This was one of the most ambitious productions we've tackled at Shootsta Premier. Managing 30+ crew across three days while maintaining that cinematic quality showed what's possible when you combine agency-level creativity with our production model.

Andras Koncz - Creative Director, Shootsta Premier

The challenge

Mitsubishi Heavy Industries wanted a high-impact campaign with powerful visuals that connected emotionally with audiences across Australia and New Zealand. The brief called for a cinematic TVC and online series, requiring coordination of a 30-person crew and a multi-day shoot at one of Sydney's most dynamic filming locations. The campaign needed to work across television and digital channels simultaneously, with different edit lengths and formats for each platform. Production quality had to match traditional agency output while maintaining the efficiency and timeline advantages of Shootsta's model.

The solution

Shootsta Premier delivered full-scale production support, from pre-production and creative direction to on-site coordination and post-production. Over three days at The Eveleigh at The Grounds of Alexandria, nearly 30 crew members worked across lighting, direction, camera, sound, and set design using cinematic equipment and detailed storyboarding. The Shootsta Premier team managed every aspect of the production pipeline, including talent coordination, location logistics, and multi-format delivery. The hybrid production model meant Mitsubishi got agency-quality creative with faster turnaround and more transparent pricing.

The results

The final commercial rolled out nationwide across New Zealand television and online channels throughout Australia. The campaign achieved a unified brand story across TV and digital, stronger brand recall, streamlined production timelines through Shootsta's hybrid model, and scalable content assets for ongoing marketing. The multi-format approach meant the same production investment yielded a hero TVC, shorter social media cuts, and a behind-the-scenes series, maximizing the value of the three-day shoot across every marketing channel.
