Day 2 at B2B Marketing Leaders Forum 2026

Day 2 at the Forum

Day two at B2B Marketing Leaders Forum APAC 2026 in Sydney. After 24 hours on the floor, one thing has become very clear.

B2B teams are not struggling for ideas anymore. They are struggling with the scale of content demand.

More campaigns. More channels. More events. More launches. More pressure to stay visible. And at the same time, expectations around quality have never been higher.

Say hi at the Forum

The conversation at the booth

That tension is why almost every conversation at our booth has centered on the same question. How do you create high-quality, on-brand content consistently, without building a production army internally?

That is the challenge modern marketing teams are working through right now. It has been fascinating to hear how different brands are approaching it.

What we are hearing

A few patterns are showing up across the conversations. The teams that have cracked it tend to have a small set of brief templates so every project starts in the right place. Brand guardrails are baked in, so the team is not making creative decisions from scratch on every piece. And there is usually an external production partner picking up the volume, so the in-house crew can stay close to strategy and the work that only they can do.

That is the operating model we built Shootsta around. We covered it in Shootsta for marketing teams, and the day-to-day workflow for getting more out of one event in how to repurpose event video for LinkedIn.

Thanks for stopping by

Huge thanks to everyone who has come past the booth so far. The Forum has been packed, the conversations have been sharp, and we have been grateful for every one of them.

And yes, we are still the friendly people at the back with all the pens. Come find us before the day wraps.

Can't make it to Sydney?

If you missed the Forum but want to talk through how this production model works for your own marketing team, say hi to the Shootsta team and we can scope it out together. The day 1 recap covers what we were on the ground to capture.

A video marketing agency prices per project and works in weeks. A subscription prices the year and works in days. Which one fits depends on how often you publish, not on which is better.
