Start-up to Scalable Videos: Aquila Clean Energy APAC’s Partnership With Shootsta
“We weren’t looking for a full agency offering, we wanted creative flexibility and cost control and Shootsta delivered on both fronts. With Shootsta, you’re not just getting a platform, you’re gaining an expert extension of your team. I can’t recommend working with them enough.”
Kelly Weber — Head of Communications APAC
The challenge
Aquila Clean Energy APAC had a small communications team that needed to build their communication function from the ground up. Video was key for brand growth, talent attraction, and culture-building. However, editing took too long, budgets were tight, and agency models lacked flexibility. The team had to wear multiple hats in their function and was looking for the right partner to achieve their goals.
The solution
They partnered with Shootsta that granted them access to on-demand videographers, editors and a la carte video services. Beyond video production and editing, the partnership came with an expert team to assist and guide them on their B2B video content. The goal is to achieve the company’s business objectives using video as a communication medium.
The results
In a short time, the team built a content-rich video library that fuels everything from hiring to internal team recognition. They averaged at least 1 video per month while working with Shootsta, without increasing existing resources. The results included increased presence on social media, an authentic snapshot of work life showcased to future employers, and amplified company culture and people — all achieved within budget, without agency overhead. Video is now at the heart of how they share stories.
