Shootsta at day 1 of the B2B Marketing Leaders Forum

Shootsta is spending 14 and 15 October 2026 at B2B Marketing Leaders Forum Asia in Singapore, talking with marketing leaders from across the region. Day 1 was a great start, and day 2 is already shaping up to be even better.

The video at the top of this page is our look back at day 1 of the B2B Marketing Leaders Forum. If you are at the event today, you can watch it on your phone between sessions and then come and find us.

How did the day 1 video come together?

The day 1 sessions were filmed, and our editors cut the footage that night. The finished video was ready before the first coffee break on day 2, which meant people at the forum could share it while they were still in the room.

That kind of speed takes some planning. The length, the brand templates and the music were agreed before the event, so the editor knew exactly what to build when the footage arrived. Our standard turnaround is 48 hours from the time we have your footage and brief, and a same-day or overnight edit is a rush turnaround that you book ahead and we quote separately.

Why does event video work best during the event?

An event has a short life on social media. Attendees post during the event and for a day or two after it, so that is when a recap gets the most views and shares. Sponsors can share the video while delegates are still at the venue, and speakers can post their sessions to their own networks while the day is fresh.

If you run events for your brand, it is worth deciding before the doors open which videos you need during the event and which can wait. A short highlights video often matters most on the day, while the full session recordings can follow on the standard 48 hours.

What else can you make from a day of event footage?

The day 1 recap is only the first video you get from an event like this. The same footage can become short clips of each speaker for LinkedIn, or a longer promo that helps sell tickets for next year. Our guide on how to repurpose event video for LinkedIn shows how to plan those edits before your next event.

If you run several events a year, plan all of the edits as one brief rather than booking each video on its own. Our guide on producing event recap video at scale covers how to set that up. The event video production page explains what Shootsta handles at each stage, from the shoot to the final cut.

What if you already have an in-house video team?

If you do, they are probably the people holding the camera at your events. At a conference, the hold-up is usually the edit, because the same people who filmed all day are then asked to cut the footage that night. Shootsta can take that edit off their plate, so they can keep filming on day 2 and spend their energy on the creative calls that only they can make.

Your team keeps ownership of the event and the story, and we add editing capacity for the busy days. You can read more about how a video partner extends your in-house team without replacing it.

Come and say hi at the forum

We are at B2B Marketing Leaders Forum Asia until the end of day 2 on 15 October. If you are at the event, come and find the Shootsta team, say hi, and let us talk about video for your team.

If you are not in Singapore this week, you can still talk to us about your next event. Tell us about your next event, including the date, the city and how fast you need the first video, and we will scope the edit with you. Our team in Singapore also covers events across Asia, and you can read more about video production in Singapore.
